May 24, · If I could turn back time I would go backwards two hours and stop myself from watching this wretched film. While the original "The Philadelphia Experiment" and it's sequel were pretty stupid, this film is like stupid on steroids. The original film at least had a little bit of charm to it, but this one has all of the charm sucked out of it/5().
